• Commenced nickel exploration in April 1998.
• 10 nickel deposits over 55 kilometres.
• Well known for high nickel tenors.
• Includes open pit and underground nickel mines.
• + 35M tonnes of sulphide mineralization 2.90% Ni, 0.80% Cu, 0.06% Co and +3 g/t PGE.
• Sulphide mineralization is composed of pyrrhotite + pentlandite + chalcopyrite.
• At current rate of production (1 MT/year), nickel mine life of greater than 20 years.
• 140 individual lenses in ten distinct zones within distinctive ultramafic trends (Katinniq zone contains +30 individual lenses. Small sized mineralized lens - 0.01M to 2.40M tonnes - average 0.19M tonnes).
