Knight Resources - The Management Team

Knight Resources Ltd. has a Board of Directors and management team well suited to the nickel exploration and to operating in the junior capital markets.

Harvey Keats, President & CEO, brings a wealth of nickel exploration experience to Knight. He worked 25 years with Falconbridge Limited, was Vice President of Exploration for Diamond Fields Resources, and has been President of Donner Minerals Ltd. since 1997 and President of Knight since 2000.

David Patterson, Chairman & CFO, has been instrumental in fundraising activities for Knight. His years of experience and European and North American networks have made him successful in raising in excess of CDN$50 million for mineral exploration companies, including Knight.

Robin Adair, M. Sc., P.Geo., - Vice-President Exploration
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Adair was employed with Falconbridge Limited /Noranda Inc. for over 25 years, in exploration and advanced projects up to the level of Exploration Manager, including extensive experience in nickel projects and the Raglan belt.

Kerry Sparkes, Director, was instrumental in the discovery and delineation of the Voisey's Bay nickel deposits. He worked 7 years with Noranda Exploration, was Exploration Manager at Archean Resources and then Senior Geologist at Voisey Bay Nickel.

Anglo American Exploration (Canada) Limited ('AAEC') is the operator and Knight's partner in the West Raglan Project. AAEC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Anglo American plc, one of the worlds largest mining companies. The Anglo American group is geographically diverse, with operations and projects in Africa, Europe, South America, North America and Australia.
